Frequently Asked Questions
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
We believe in the importance of a clean, sanitary environment and enforce a stringent sterilization and asepsis protocol, from touch-free faucets to wrapped instrument cassettes, to prevent cross contamination. Our sterilization center incorporates the latest sterilization equipment. The chairs in our treatment areas have self-contained water sources to provide fresh, clean water for each patient.
My teeth are stained. Can you help?
Professional teeth whitening can lighten a smile tarnished by aging or daily wear. Treatment options are fast, safe, and effective. We offer a quick in-house teeth whitening treatment or custom-molded mouth trays and professional teeth whitening gel for home use.
Will you care for my entire family?
Absolutely. From the child who needs a first visit to the grandparent who wants to refurbish a worn smile, we look forward to treating your entire family. Our friendly team and warm environment will make your family and friends feel right at home.
My gums bleed after I brush. Should I be worried?
Bleeding from any body part may indicate a problem, and gums are no different. While it may seem harmless, swelling or slight bleeding during teeth brushing could indicate gum disease, which, when left untreated, can lead to serious health issues. If your gums bleed, call our Frisco dental office as soon as possible to schedule an appointment so that we can analyze the cause and restore the condition of your mouth.
What insurance and payment methods do you accept?
Understanding insurance coverage and determining co-payments can challenge your patience. To make your experience with us easy, we will file claims electronically from our office. We also accept cash, check, credit cards, and third party financing through CareCredit and Unicorn. Let us know if you have any questions.
